Composition:
Each vial contains:
Penicillin G Procaine……….. 3,000.000IU (About 3g)
Penicillin Sodium…………….. 1.000,000IU (About 0.6g)
Description:
The association of two penicillin salts enable to exert both a prompt action due to the high blood levels produced by the soluble Sodium salt and a prolonged action of the insoluble procaine penicillin salt which is absorbed and excreted slowly.
A single injection of the preparation can maintain an effective concentration in blood for 12-24 hours.
Indications
Cattle. Buffalo. Horses, Sheep. Goats. Dog, Cat. Actinomycosis, anthrax. black quarter. Calf diphtheria, foot rot, leptospimsis, Malignant oedema, pneumonia, navel ill, abscess. mastitis. strangles, bacterial influenza. bronchitis. castration. pyogenic infections. urinary tract infections.
Dosage and Administration :
Add 10ml of water for injection
For Intramuscular administration
Large animals: lml for 15 kg.b.wt of body weight (equal to 400, 000 units for 15 Kg.b.wt) per day, during 2 to 3 days.
Precaution :
Use of the product should be based on susceptibility testing of bacteria isolated from the animal. If this is not possible. therapy– should be based on local (regional. farm level( epidemiological information about susceptibility of the target bacteria.
Storage :
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30℃ protected from light.

Drug Withdrawal and Milk Discard Times
Cattle, Buffalo & Horse: 10 days (at label dosage)
Milk Discard Time: 3 days
Sheep & Goat: 9 days
